You Buy One – We Donate One.

We are reviving our Buy One Donate One (BODO) program after a long hiatus.

Backstory: When I first published the book I asked a local elementary school principal about using A is for Aboriginal as a fund-raiser she said, “As if our parents could afford a buy a new book.’

I thought I should do something. So, for every copy of A is for Aboriginal that I sell through this site (not through the retail/wholesale channels)  I donate one to a needy child/family through our community partners. (See Beneficiaries for complete list of partners). Between the BODO and Free Distribution programs we have donated  about $5,000 worth of books to date but still have requests for over 3000 copies from school districts and community organizations.
